Getting started

Set up the CLI, then build your first stage. The user guide has more detail on every step.

1. Sign up and verify your email. Create an account with your invite code, then open the link we send you.
2. Install the CLI. The CLI is one program, faultline, for macOS, Linux and Windows.
3. Log in from the terminal. Run faultline login with a token from your account page.
4. Pull a challenge. Run faultline pull lru-cache --lang go.
5. Write the first stage. The starter is not finished yet, so a check fails until you write code. First goal: store and read values (stage lc1).
6. Check that one stage. Run faultline check --stage lc1 in the folder.
